Land deals in Dubai rose to Dh191.67 million ($52.19 million) on Saturday. Of this figure, sales values accounted for more than Dh71 million ($19.3 million).
The overall value of mortgages, on the other hand, stood at Dh121.17 million ($33 million) by the end of the day.
