Land deals exceeded AED2.63 billion last month. There were a total of 164 cash sales during the month and these were worth AED 1.00 billion, 145 mortgage transactions worth AED 1.55 billions and 16 donations of land and property worth AED 78.57 million.
The 164 transactions registered as sales by Land Department during the month of September were spread across 55 districts in Dubai. The total area sold was 4.94 million sq. ft.
