The total value of land transactions in Dubai yesterday peaked at Dhs203.84 millions million, of which sales exceeded Dhs13 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs190.74 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 6 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day , the most valuable of which was a plot in Nad Al Shiba that was sold for Dhs3.859075 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Nad Al Shiba acquired for the sum of Dhs3.778164 million and another in Al Baraha for Dhs1.927 million .
During the day, Nad Al Shiba recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs7.64 million, followed by the Al Baraha area, Dhs1.93 million, and Mardaf area, Dhs1.85 million.
The biggest area sold was the 32159.17 sq ft in the Nad Al Shiba area, which went for Dhs3.78 million. A 31484.92 sq ft plot in the Nad Al Shiba Area was acquired for Dhs3.86 million, while 10000 sq ft of Mardaf was disposed of for Dhs1.85 million.
