The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Mirdif acquired for the sum of Dhs12.29933 million and another in Mirdif for Dhs6.075825 million
The Mirdif area was the most active in terms of the 2 day,s sale, with some 3 transactions. Al Barsha Second followed it with 2 sales.
During the period, Mirdif recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs21.68 million, followed by the Al Nahda Second area, Dhs19.89 million, and Nad Al Shiba area, Dhs5.14 million.
The biggest area sold was the 46264 sq ft in the Al Nahda Second area, which went for Dhs19.89 million. A 42821.62 sq ft plot in the Nad Al Shiba Area was acquired for Dhs5.14 million, while 40000 sq ft of Al Twar Third was disposed of for Dhs3.92 million.
