The Dubai-based Lal's Group is expected to start work on its second mall in Dubai by the second half of the year, according to Gulf News.
The land for the project has been selected at Mirdiff, and the development is expected to be more than twice the size of the group's first mall, Lamcy Plaza, the report added.
Plans are to have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 900,000 square feet split over two levels.
