Ajwan Gulf Real Estate Company will participate in Kuwait Ninth Real Estate Exhibition in Sheraton Hotel Kuwait on September 26-29, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper of Al-Rai al-Aam on September 12, 2005. The company will offer in this exhibition plots for housing projects in the sultanate of Oman close to Muskat and in the Emirate of Ras al-Khamiah. According to the deputy director general of the company, Mubarak al-Bader, the company's strategy is based upon offering 400 housing plots in various regions of the GCC States during the next three months.

He added that the real estate market in the GCC States enjoys stability in prices, especially in view of the limited offer of lands for residential projects on the one hand, and the increasing demand for housing on the other hand.

The company has recently decided to enter the Omani market as feasibility studies showed that this market is expected to produce positive results, especially since ambitious projects are offered.
