Kuwaiti Real Estate Company Arkan offers several projects of apartments for purchasing and villas through its participation in the Kuwaiti Real Estate and Investments Exhibition, held in Courtyard Marriott hotel in Kuwait until April 21, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Qabas on April 20, 2005.
The company offers a group of apartments for sale in the two regions of Bneid al Qar and al-Shaab al-Bahri, through 4 towers equipped with all services. The marketing of Arkan 1 project has completed, while marketing of Arkan 3 is continuing.
The company offers also unike villas for dwelling located in Kayfan region in attractive prices, in addition to 15 land plots in al-Zahra region, and 9 other large land plots in Hatin region. The company appeals also to expatriate workers in Kuwait, since it offers several buildings in al-Salimiya and Bneid al Qar regions.
It should be mentioned that Arkan Real Estate Company was launched by Gulf Investment House (GIH) in the middle of 2003 as a local real estate company with a paid up capital of 18 million Kuwaiti Dinars ($61.6 million). GIH's ownership in Arkan is approximately 20%.
