The Kuwait-based Mazaya Real Estate is investing Dh1.2 billion in the Dubai property market by developing 'Mazaya Villas' along the Emirates Road, near the Global Village complex, said Khaleed Esbaitah, chief executive officer of Mazaya group.
According to Khaleej Times, Mazaya Real Estate is a major investor in 'The Villa' project and has been allocated 700 plots out of 1,500 plots by the master developer of the project, Dubai Properties.
