Kuwaiti Oil Minister Adel Al-Sebeih said on Wednesday, November 14 that he would not support a cut in OPEC's oil production without a corresponding reduction by major non-OPEC producer Russia.
"I would not support a cut," he said when asked if OPEC should cut its production if Russia, one of three key non-OPEC crude producers, does not cut by a proportionate amount. — (AFP, Vienna)
