A new real-estate company, named the United Al-Watiah Real-Estate Company, has been declared with a capital of KD15.5 million. Kuwait Gazette said in its latest edition that each share of the company is valued at KD1, adding that the new company would involve in diverse operations, such as management of properties, trade in real-estate companies' stocks in an outside Kuwait.
