Kuwait's Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Bader Nasser Al-Humaidhi has stated that the implementation of the Bubiyan Island construction project will begin soon. According to Arab Times, he disclosed 19 companies submitted their bid for the tender.
The project will include a free trade zone for exporting goods to East Asian countries, a port, and a residential area.
