The International real estate company Al-Arjan will showcase one of its prominent projects, Emerald Towers, through its participation in Kuwait Real Estate and Investments Exhibition at Courtyard Marriott Hotel, which will last until April 21, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Watan on April 17.
The project will be constructed on an 8,200 square meters area, close to the fourth square, and thus having a convenient access from all the regions of Kuwait City, in addition to many public services, restaurants and commercial markets in its surroundings.
The project has several designs to answer all tastes and needs of the Kuwaiti families, including two bedrooms, three bedrooms, and duplex with four bedrooms. The project includes also green areas, and many services such as central satellite system, security mechanism around the clock, underground parking lots and several shops.
