Kuwait’s Al-Khourafi to build new bridge in Beirut

Technical Manager of the Kuwaiti Al-Khourafi Group in Lebanon Ahmed Al-Degheily recently announced that his company won a tender for the construction of the Al-Awzaay Upper Bridge in Beirut. The tendered was assigned to Al-Khourafi after it had completed a $50 million project at the Beirut International Airport, reported Al-Sharq Al-Awsat .  

 

The $30 million bridge will be funded by the Arab Economic and Social Development Fund, the Kuwaiti Fund for Arabian Economic Development and the Government of Lebanon. Al-Khourafi competed against CIT, The Elie Salwan Company and The Mabani Building Company for the tender. — (menareport.com)
