KM Properties, the real estate arm of KM Holding, has launched a unique value-add to all residential and commercial owners of its properties, with a five-star facilities management service.
TAMANI Exclusive facilities management services will be provided to all residential and commercial buildings from KM Properties. TAMANI Exclusive is also offering its services to other property developers and owners requiring facilities management.
This value addition for tenants and owners includes valet parking, room service, housekeeping as per requirements, daily garbage removal, restaurant, reception, and concierge, all for a nominal fee that is already built into the maintenance fee for the building.
TAMANI Exclusive is an extension of TAMANI Hotels and Resorts, the new deluxe hotel chain from KM Holding.
“Other facilities management systems are not linked to a hotel service; whereas TAMANI Exclusive is linked to TAMANI Hotels and Resorts. This enables us to provide a hospitality touch, and consistency of service not seen elsewhere. All staff are trained by TAMANI Hotels and Resorts, and will offer the same exacting level of service. We are adding value to the owner; they are buying a lifestyle,” said Sanjeet Joher, group chief operating officer, KM Holding.
“TAMANI Exclusive is a new brand specifically created and developed to assist developers in providing a level of unsurpassed services and facilities. Services are tailor-made based on the physical aspect of the property and the facilities available / location and business segmentation,” added Joher.
The first property to offer the TAMANI Exclusive facilities management service will be KM Properties’ El Matador Tower, currently under development at Jumeirah Village.
The 43-storey TAMANI Exclusive at El Matador Tower offers Spanish-style living in modern studios, apartments and loft-style condos at the master-planned Jumeirah Village development, in the heart of New Dubai.
“At El Matador, TAMANI Exclusive promises to deliver superb service with five-star personalised hotel facility features offered to residents and tenants marked by meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on quality service. An example of TAMANI Exclusive includes concierge and efficient housekeeping, baby sitting and butler services, room service, 24 hours secured security, fully equipped business centre, clinics and pharmacy and spacious retail spaces within the tower,” Joher explained.
In addition to its facilities management services, KM Holding is also introducing TAMANI Luxury, a high-end property maintenance service specifically tailored to the needs of those living in expansive villas or palaces.
TAMANI Luxury will offer butler service, housekeeping, chefs, chauffeurs and outside catering facilities for in-house entertainment. As with TAMANI Exclusive, all TAMANI Luxury staff will be trained by TAMANI Hotels and Resorts, and will present a very personalised, five-star level of service. “This is a very high-end service and is currently being marketed to diplomats, local dignitaries and royalty,” Joher explained.
