Dubai-based MiNC Property Enterprises has launched its new freehold residential property, Jumeirah Suites, at Nakheel's Jumeirah Village development. This development between Shaikh Zayed Road and Dubailand is regarded by MiNC as the next hotspot at the value end of the Dubai property market.
The Jumeirah Suites project will be developed, built and managed by MiNC and all units offer an eight per cent annual rental guarantee for the first two years.
Jumeirah Suites is located at the heart of the emerging 'New Dubai' and is close to Shaikh Zayed Road and Dubailand. Residential apartments within Jumeirah Suites will consist of studio, one and two bedroom units.
