Leading ISP provider Wanadaoo, a member of the Jordan Telecom Group, launched an offer which gives new customers the chance to acquire the ADSL service without incurring any set up costs.

“With this offer, we are trying to make ADSL accessible to a larger segment of our society. This really comes in line with our strategy to spread the internet culture in our local community,” said Sami Smeirat, Vice President Jordan Telecom Group and CEO Internet & Data Business Unit.

Smeirat further added that according to this offer, Wanadoo will, on behalf of its customers, incur the JD60 set up costs requested by Jordan Telecom, the fixed line operator.

The offer, valid until the end of April, is available at all Jordan Telecom Group’s shops and Wanadoo sales shop as well as Jordan post offices.

The ADSL service gives customers the benefits of a high speed internet service (up to 2048 kbps) in addition to the ability of getting high-tech services such as video conferencing, files downloading, listening to music, playing games online as well as many other services. Furthermore, the ADSL service from Wanadoo allows customers to browse the internet and use the phone at the same time without holding up the line. The customer also has the advantage of receiving a fixed bill at the end of each month, therefore eliminating any cost surprises.

“Wanadoo has always been leading the market, therefore, it is essential for us to exceed our customers’ expectations by constantly providing topnotch solutions,” Smeirat concluded.
