Union Land Development Company (ULD), one of the biggest and fastest growing real estate developers in Jordan, has announced the completion of its iconic semi-villas and apartments projects located in Abdoun, with a total built up area of 20 thousand square meters.
ULD’s Abdoun projects include project “2” which consists of eight innovatively designed semi-villas with a built up area of 600 square meters each, and the Abdoun project “3” which is comprised of 14 apartments of a 330 square meters built up area for each, equipped with playing areas, provision for surround sound systems, under floor heating and other distinctive utilities, in addition to Abdoun project “1” which also encompasses 14 spaced apartments which feature a grand entrances and large front gardens and a shared gym, and an area of 400-600 square meters for each apartment.
ULD’s General Manager, Engineer Ramzi Salfiti stated “The Abdoun projects provide the modern lifestyle that our customers aspire. ULD’s diversified projects include many residential, touristic and commercial projects amongst are Zara chalets at the Dead Sea, Swefeya and Abdoun Housing project, Al Thuhair villas, Um Alkundom villas, Wadi Saqra housing project, Um Uthaina offices and Al Kursy housing project, in addition to Paradise Tower at Al Abdali, established in partnership with other three investment conglomerates.
