Tamleek Real-Estate’s Extraordinary General Assembly agreed during its September meeting to raise the company’s capital to JD 25 million.
This decision was made in response to the demands dictated by the high scale operations that the firm is handling at the moment. The decision followed a similar one made 6 months prior to this meeting during which the private shareholding company’s capital was raised from JD 1.4 million to JD 20 million. At present, the firm handles several real-estate and investment projects located in Amman and other areas in Jordan. Details pertaining to these projects and their nature will be announced in the near future.
When asked to comment on this new development, Mr. Mu’ayad Al Dabbas, Chairman and CEO of Tamleek Real –Estate, said,” This decision is certainly a valid and important one for Tamleek Real-Estate at this stage, since we are currently working on several Real-Estate projects in the country. We feel that our operations define Tamleek’s development and its history, for we see ourselves as providers of real-estate projects that respond to the demands of the people, and the demands of the Jordanian market’s corporate and housing needs “.-Continued-
Mr. Dabbas added that the near future will give birth to several developments for the firm,” In the coming few months we will be announcing the launch of several of our new Real-Estate projects. These projects will surely highlight the skills and ingenuity of our team members since it is their capabilities that allow us to solidify our position as market leaders in our field” he said.
Since its inauguration date in 2005, Tamleek Real-Estate has provided several real-estate development and investment opportunities for both Jordanian and foreign investors. After conducting a series of feasibility studies, economic and behavioral analysis, Tamleek has been able to determine the needs of the public. The firm has used its understanding of these needs to provide the Jordanian community with solutions that respond to market demands.
Tamleek Real-Estate administers a portfolio of corporate and housing real-estate projects. Its portfolio includes land, buildings, housing complexes and real-estate projects for leasing and sale. Through such projects, the firm responds to the demands of both the Jordanians and the regional public.
