Jordan’s tax revenues to reach $289 million in 2001

The Jordanian treasury authorities predict the value of collected income and profit tax revenues at 205 million Jordanian Dinars ($289 million) for 2001 compared with JD 175 million in 2000. These figures translate into a JD 30 million increase. 

 

The value of the collected income and profit tax revenues in the first 10 months of 2001, constituted 2.8 percent of the GDP. The value of income and profit tax revenues, during the corresponding period in 2000, constituted 2.4 percent of the GDP. — (menareport.com)
