Ras Al-Khaimah's Department of Civil Aviation has appointed United Arab Emirates e-enabler Itqan to implement Microsoft's Great Plains ERP based business solution that will provide accurate, up-to-the-minute management information.
The contract endorses the position of Itqan, an authorized Microsoft Great Plains Business Solution Value Added Reseller (VAR), as the market leader in implementing e-commerce and e-business advancements for medium to large enterprises, including government agencies.
In addition to its powerful reporting and analysis capabilities, the Microsoft Great Plains ERP based solution delivers multi-dimensional drill downs and querying options for instant access to detailed information. The system also monitors key business indicators, such as exceeded budgets or under funded cash accounts, and provides alerts when defined conditions are met.
Established in 1984, ITqan, part of the Al-Bawardi Enterprises technology group, implements e-government, e-medical, e-security, imaging and document capture solutions and specializes in collaborative knowledge management systems that enable companies to share and use information and ideas internally. — (menareport.com)
