The chairman of the Iraqi Contractors Association board, Basra branch, Muhsin Jlub al-Hasani, mentioned that Kuwaiti authorities removed part of the limitations imposed upon the entrance of Iraqi businessmen to the country, the most important among them was the need to obtain visa for visits in the country.
According to the Kuwaiti newspaper, <i>Al-Rai Al-A'am</i>, Al-Hasani added that the visit of the Iraqi delegation in the Kuwaiti Industries Exhibition in Kuwait helped them acquiring information on Kuwaiti products, though they are relatively high priced for Iraqi consumers. The director of the Iraqi company, Al-A'ata for General Commerce and Contraction, Atiya al-Abadi, added that the participation of the Iraqi delegation in the Kuwaiti exhibition was effective and successful, expressing his ambition for the continuation of the economic relations for the interest of the two sides.
