US Central Command has issued a specially created deck of 55 playing cards to help its troops operating in Iraq to identify the "most wanted" ex-officials of the toppled regime. Among Saddam Hussein’s loyalists that should be "pursued, killed or captured" are Iraq's acting oil minister, Amir Rashid Muhammad Al-Ubaydi, shown on card number 47 and Minister of Trade Muhammad Mahdi Al-Salih, at 48.

Also on the list of targeted individuals are Saddam’s Deputy Prime Minister and Economics and Finance Minister Hikmat Al-Azzawi and Trade Bureau Chairman Huda Salih Mahdi Ammash. News reports Sunday, April 13, indicated that Amir Hamudi Hasan Al-Sadi, Saddam's presidential scientific adviser, shown on card No. 55, has turned himself in to coalition authorities.

Command officials designed the cards displaying the names, faces and titles of the Iraqis to help soldiers and Marines in the field should contact occur. Each deck has two Jokers, one showing Iraqi military ranks and the other, Arab tribal titles. Saddam Hussein is depicted on the Ace of Spades.

The list is also being distributed throughout Iraq in other forms, such as posters and handbills, which will become more and more visible over the coming days. "The intent here is to help the coalition gain information from the Iraqi people, so that they also know exactly who it is we seek," US army official stated. — (menareport.com)
