A convention was held lately between Dr. Briwan Alkilani, the commissioner of the higher education and scientific research ministry and between representatives of the ministry of youth. The convention discussed activation the scientific and cultural cooperation between the two ministries.
According to <i>Alfourat</i> newspaper, such cooptation can include taking care of student clubs, and setting plans to promote talents among students. In addition, the two sides agreed upon the establishment of a woman forum and sponsoring graduate researches and grant rewards for pioneering studies.
