Iran's first private bank chooses Misys as technology partner

Iran first private bank Eghtesad Novin (EN Bank) has chosen Misys International Banking Systems as its technology partner. EN Bank signed a contract in Tehran this month for the implementation of Misys' Bankmaster with Branchpower to support its expanding branch network. 

 

Bank Eghtesad Novin started life as a Credit Union and received a full banking licence 12 months ago. Currently operating through 20 branches covering the major cities in Iran, the Bank plans to expand its branch network to 100 branches over the next two to three years. 

 

Misys International Banking Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Misys, is a supplier of solutions to the global banking and financial services industry, with annual sales of more than £200 million. The company has an extensive network of international branches located in 29 countries around the world and employs over 1,500 staff. — (menareport.com)
