An international seminar studying the impact of Middle East and Caspian Sea oil on the world energy markets will be held in Tehran on November 4-5, 2000. Subjects to be tacked include oil prices, energy security, production capacity increases, investment needs and financial provision.
Among the participants and lecturers will be senior officials of oil ministries in the Middle East region and Central Asia, OPEC members, oil and gas, as well as researchers and engineers in the industry.
The seminar is the fifth sponsored by the Institute of International Energy Studies, which is affiliated to Iran's Oil Ministry.
