Interlabs, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Summit National Consolidation Group, Inc., has secured its first major distribution agreement to sell its organic SuperWipes product line overseas. The contract, which was finalized this week, gives The Albadranha Group the exclusive right to sell Interlabs' BioSolvant products in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The distributor expects to order a minimum of five million dollars in products from Interlabs annually. Under the terms of the two-year agreement, The Albadranha Group now holds the exclusive right to sell Interlabs' complete present and future lines of BioSolvant-based health and consumer products in the UAE.
The Albadranha Group plans to place its first order for an intermodal-shipping container of Interlabs' products immediately upon securing the necessary permits. This first order, with an estimated value of $300,000, should arrive within four to six weeks.
"This represents the largest deal for our young company thus far but it is only the beginning. We are working from a very aggressive marketing plan that calls for the quick negotiation of a number of similar contracts that will help put our products on store shelves across the globe in a very short period of time,” said Mario Quenneville, Summit CEO.
"We expect the UAE to be a very lucrative market. The Albadranha Group assures us that it has buyers from a number of countries in the region that regularly travel to the UAE to purchase otherwise unavailable, high-quality foreign goods for resale in their home countries,” added Quenneville.
Earlier this year, Houston-based Summit National Consolidation Group acquired Interlabs, Inc., a privately held company that manufactures and markets revolutionary non-toxic, organic SuperWipes products using its proprietary BioSolvant and other formulas.
Interlabs' cosmetic and cleaning products have been developed from organic materials. They have been designed with pleasant fragrances and can be used in many applications, such as fingernail polish remover, vitamin E applicators, make up remover, sneaker cleaner wipes, instant shoe shine wipes, acne treatment wipes, eye glass, cleaner and defogger, car interior leather cleaning pads, etc. — (menareport.com)
