The InterContinental Al-Ahsa, the newest of 20 Six Continents Hotels properties in Saudi Arabia, has linked up with airport authorities to help ease entry formalities for visitors to the Kingdom's Eastern Province.
A newly-opened office at Al-Ahsa Airport, set up by the hotel in conjunction with the authorities, features a reception area where visitors are assisted with entry procedures, hotel bookings, travel arrangement and other leisure and corporate requirements.
The InterContinental Al-Ahsa is within easy reach of Al-Hofuf Domestic Airport and has good air, road, and even train links to major Saudi Arabian centers and other Middle East countries, which makes it an attractive destination for the business and leisure market, a company press release read.
Opened in April, the InterContinental Al-Ahsa designed in the style of a nearby 16th century castle, Qaser Ibrahim.
