The Moroccan Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration decided last week to ease administrative procedures for Moroccan companies' export activities. Nonetheless, the companies must meet several requirements to be eligible for the customs authority's alleviated control, such as veracity in management, the Moroccan Daily Al-Jaridah Al-Magribiyya reported. Representatives of enterprises and the authorities signed an agreement consisting of several measures to reduce bureaucratic procedures and to minimize the handling-time of goods at Morocco's borders.
