Imdaad, the leading integrated facilities management company in the UAE, has added another landmark project into its prestigious client list after a recent agreement to provide total facilities management services for three towers at Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), the mixed use urban community by Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority (DMCCA).
Imdaad, which offers world-class outsourced management services in facilities management, will provide complete FM services to the towers, which are now ready for handover. The towers consist of two commercial and one residential buildings.
Imdaad will provide the three towers with value added services, including the vital process of snagging, handover, resident mobilisation, fit-out management and service charge collections among others. It is also entrusted with the responsibility of managing recreational facilities in all three towers. Imdaad will be dealing with residents on all matters pertaining to the management and operations of the buildings on behalf of the developer.
JLT, known as the “mini-Manhattan,” with man-made lakes, waterways and stunning landscape featuring a series of attractive residences, office and residential towers and retail outlets, is a prestigious and sought-after address in the Dubai metropolis.
Jamal Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: “We’ve been recognised for our strong commitment to provide expertise to suit particular project needs. It will be a win-win situation in JLT for both residents and developer. Residents will get peace of mind as they get prompt and highest level of service from us. This leaves the developer with ample opportunity to streamline operations and focus on core business.”
