Bahrain-based International Investment Bank (IIB) announced the successful placement of a 50 per cent equity stake in a $94.1 million office tower project in the Business Bay district in Dubai. According to the GDN, under a Dubai government master development plan, Business Bay is set to become the new central business district in Dubai, eventually comprising 250 to 300 towers for commercial, retail, residential and hotel use.
