IFC plans to triple investments in MENA region

A unit of the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, plans to triple annual investments to the Middle East and North Africa in two years.

 

The IFC, reported <I>Gulf News</I>, will play a key role in helping the region's infrastructure and financial services industries, a top official said.

 

It aims to invest some $500 million this year.
