IFA Hotels and Resorts, a subsidiary of International Financial Advisors Kuwait (IFA), has affiliated with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) for the membership inventory management of its five-star, 460 all-suite Vacation Club on the Palm-Jumeirah in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
RCI, active in vacation property exchange, has entered the Dubai market by signing up Palm Vacation Club to join its worldwide network of 3,700 affiliated resorts. The IFA Hotels & Resorts mixed-use project on the Palm, Jumeirah includes a 300 room, five-star hotel, 460 Palm Vacation Club suites connected to the Souq Palm, a waterfront Arabian shopping complex with luxury freehold residences with a private beach club.
IFA Hotels & Resorts aims to link its resorts in Portugal, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, Zanzibar and Zimbali, with a future planned resort in Lebanon. This will offer tourists in Europe, the Middle East and Africa a network linking the company's respective hotels, resorts, timeshare and vacation club destinations.
