Al-Montazahah Company, the owning company of the Equestrian Club of Jeddah, has appointed Hyatt International as Manager of the Equestrian Club including the Park Hyatt Jeddah. The Construction of the complex will commence in November 2003.
Slated to open in late 2005, the property will be the first boutique style hotel in the country. The 120,000 square meter complex is situated within the Al-Hamra district of Jeddah's Southern Corniche.
Al-Montazahah Company appointed Bouygues Batiment, to be the general contractor and developer of Park Hyatt Jeddah. There are 209 Hyatt Hotels and Resorts around the world, which are managed by two separate groups of companies. Subsidiaries of Hyatt International Corporation operate 63 hotels and 23 resorts in 39 countries, with an additional 16 hotels under development. — (menareport.com)
