There has been a huge interest by investors in Al Areifi Marina Tower Dubai, Bahrain-based marketing consultants Ebtikar, said in a statement. Ebtikar stated that only 35 per cent of the apartments are still available for buyers in their client’s new real estate venture.
A number of road shows were held in different GCC countries, including Bahrain, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, to highlight the venture’s investment potential.
