A consultancy agreement was signed Saturday to build a luxury state-of-the-art and one of the largest hypermarkets in Al Khor, North of Doha. The project will be completed by the end of next year, The Peninsula reported.
Buildings in the project are to cover a total of 12,000 sq. meters from a 30,000 sq. meters area, which also include a family shopping center to be established on a 1,5000 sq. meters.
The project will also feature two branches of leading local banks, 19 shopping outlets, a cinema theatre, restaurants, fast-foods and a two-storey administrative building.
