HP stole the show at the annual Windows User Awards, bagging six awards including the IT Business Manager of the Year award. This was granted to General Manager of the Imaging and Printing Group, HP Middle East, Amr Hassan.
The awards are organized by the editorial team of Windows User magazine in the Middle East, part of the major publishing house ITP, and are held annually around the period of GITEX in Dubai.
HP also bagged the Best Laser Printer award for its HP Laserjet 1300 printer series. In addition to winning the Best Multifunction Device: Inkjet for its HP PSC 1210, the HP VP 6120 shone as the Best Projector. Leading the mobile wave, HP won the award for Best Notebook Portable for its HP Compaq Business Notebook nx 7000. — (menareport.com)
