Due to take place 24-26 February 2005 at the Madinat Arena, Home Owner Dubai has seen significant growth since its inauguration in 2003. "We have seen the exhibition double in size each time we run the show," said Simon O'Herlihy, General Manager of Marketing, Motivate Events. "The property market is booming in Dubai at the moment and Home Owner Dubai reflects the demand for property from the expat and indigenous population."
In 2004, the three-day show received more than 3,100 visitors, a 32% increase over the 2003 event.
