Hertz launches summer car rental savings in the Middle East

Business and leisure travelers will be able offered discounts on Hertz car rental services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and across the Middle East this summer, according to a company press release. 

 

Customers using Visa cards to make car rental bookings in the UAE between May 15 and September 15 will receive 40 percent discount. Hertz UAE is also offering summer discounts to walk-in customers and corporate clients throughout the summer months.  

 

The company additionally expanded its rental fleet to include the fully automatic Honda City that will be available for discounted rental prices through summer. Hertz is the only rental car company offering automatic cars for rent in Group A category. 

 

In Saudi Arabia, car rental users are being offered discounts of up to 40 percent from June 15 to September 7 by Al-Wasilah Rent a Car Co. Ltd, the Hertz international franchisee in the Kingdom. Chauffeur-driven Mercedes Benz Limousines are available on request, and Hertz Saudi Arabia is also offering 100-kilometers free driving per day.  

 

In Qatar, car rental users choosing Hertz will save up to 50 percent when making rentals between July 15 and August 31. And in Syria, where Hertz car rental rates have already been reduced as part of an ongoing campaign to boost customer service and increase value for money, Chamtour, the Hertz international franchisee in the country, has also announced special summer discounts for long-term rentals. Similarly, Hertz Bahrain will offer summer discounts of up to 40 percent for car rentals from June 1 to July 31. 

 

Hertz Oman is offering 30 percent summer discounts on car rentals in the Sultanate's tropical oasis resort of Salalah between July and September. Jordan will be welcoming visitors with Hertz driver-guided tours, provide easy access to major historical sites such as Jerash and Petra and to the Dead Sea.  

 

Egypt is again preparing to welcome large numbers of visitors from the Gulf countries, and car rental users will be able to take advantage of inclusive special rates and packages from Hertz Egypt in Cairo, as well as the Red Sea resort areas of Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh.
