The Gulf's first international call center opens in Qatar

Mace Group, the Qatar-based Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Group has launched the region's first international customer contact center in Doha with 150 seats. It plans to launch a similar facility in Dubai by the end of July. 

 

Titled Mace Connect WLL, the Mace Group's customer contact center will offer professional round-the-clock services in English, Arabic, German, French, Russian and Hindi to corporations and brands around the world, through telephone, web chat, e-mail and telefax. 

 

“The Gulf region with its multi-cultural ethos can be the ideal place for the outsourced model of back office processing services,” said Sheikh Ali Hamad Al-Thani, group chairman. Mace Group has entered into partnerships with software and hardware companies including Oracle, Compaq and Nortel to make this synergy possible.
