Gulf Clearing Company and SICO sign $20 million custody contract

Gulf Clearing Company (GCC) and SICO, Bahrian-based investment manager and advisor, announced that GCC has been awarded the Custody Contract for the $20 million Al-Khaleej Equity Fund. 

 

As part of the contract GCC will provide Fund custodian services to Al-Khaleej Equity Fund through its office in Bahrain using its web-enabled technology.  

 

GCC's activities consist of providing custody services and act as a registrar, administrator, representative in addition to all other related services required by new companies and funds whether listed or non-listed in Kuwait, and Bahrain, Islamic and conventional.  

 

GCC has funds under custody in excess of three billion dollars. It provides a range of services catering to the needs of both fund manages and institutional and corporate clients. — (menareport.com)
