The groundwork on the four billion dirham City of Arabia project at Dubailand was completed recently, according to I&M Galadari Group.
"Most of the pre-construction work at the site is completed and we should be able to see the beginning of the rise of the City of Arabia from the sands of Dubailand from March," Ilyas Galadari, chairman of the Dubai-based promoters Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group, said.
