The 1,600 unit Goldcrest Dream real estate development will soon be pout to a tender according to industry sources.
The project is the fourth under the Goldcrest series, developed by the Dubai-based Giga Group, reported Gulf News.
A few years ago, Giga Group entered the real estate market with three projects under the Goldcrest branding. The company entered Ajman's real estate market when it was just about to open up to foreign ownership.
"About 80 per cent of them are sold out, while the five companies have already bid for the main construction package, which will be awarded shortly," stated Giga Group's vice-chairman, Amir Haji Ameen.
"The development value of the project is Dh700 million."
"The Goldcrest projects are already sold out and we are going to complete the projects as per our commitment," he added .
