What is Gehnshin Impact's Fontaine based on and who is its Arcon?
According to Pocket Tactics, Fontaine is one of Teyvat's seven regions and is based in the 1910s in France, its name means fountain in French. The aesthetic of the region will mix nature with Steam Punk-esque elements which is Al Bawaba's favorite theme.
An interesting fact about Fontaine is that it is where the adorable little Oceanids originate from!
Some fans say that the game is also mixing elements from Italy's Venice because of its vast water areas like how Sumeru draws inspiration from Indian and Arabic cultures.

Furina is Fontaine's Archon, we currently have Venti as the Anemo Archon, Zhongli as the Geo Archon, and Kusanali as the Dendro Archon. Hoyoverse confirmed that she is going to be a Hyrdro user.
