A consortium of Bahraini and Gulf investors and developers intend to launch a real estate stock market early next month. Several banks, financial bodies and investment houses are ready to join the new venture, Omani Khaleej Majan Real Estate Company, deputy Chairman Nayef Al Riffae told Akhbar Al Khaleej newspaper.
He added that 730 real estate contracts have been signed with Bahrainis during the last five months in Oman.
