Gatlin Holdings has completed its fourth share exchange agreement, making AmHome USA a subsidiary. AmHome constructs energy efficient homes, using its patented Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) technology to produce a home with energy cost savings of 60 percent.
The company has been building homes for over 14 years and is drawing interest because of the energy crisis around the world. Triple-digit growth is predicted for the next three years, according to a company press release.
A recent trip to the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE), in the Middle East, generated a contract to build one model to prove the energy conservation features of the design in that country. Each newly married couple in the UAE receives a new house as a wedding gift from the government.
Gatlin Holdings, Inc. specializes in the acquisition of entrepreneurial companies in need of infrastructure, funding and public relations services. Gatlin plans to make its acquired companies stand-alone reporting companies. — (menareport.com)
