Gabonese Prime Minister Jean-Francois Ntoutoume Emane arrived in Beirut Tuesday, February 20, on a four-day official visit during which he will sign a series of bilateral accords to boost economic ties.
Ntoutoume Emane was scheduled to have talks with his Lebanese counterpart Rafiq Hariri and seal a series of accords to increase economic cooperation, air transport, trade and tourism, and encourage and protect investments as well as abolish double-taxation. — (AFP, Beirut)
