The real-estate development arm of Dubai-headquartered Omniyat Holdings, Omniyat Properties, is set to participate at the Cityscape 2006.
The company will showcase four commercial and one residential project, worth Dh 2.7 billion, which were launched during its first year of operation, according to Khaleej Times.
"Omniyat Properties is revolutionizing the way that people interact with their surroundings at home and in the office,” said Mehdi Amjad, President and CEO of Omniyat Properties.
“Through a balanced mix of technology and lifestyle the projects will raise the bar in efficient advanced living and working environments," Amjad added.
