Advertising and communications network Fortune Promoseven Middle East and North Africa is to expand the operations of its specialist Below the Line (BTL) division, 7 Below, in Dammam and Bahrain.
The company is also expanding its established Dubai operation, with the appointment of Phil Lynagh as Dubai-based Regional Director of the new 7 Below network. Formerly Managing Director of QED Communications in Bahrain, Lynagh brings with him 16 years agency experience and has worked within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) since 1994. — (menareport.com)
