Foreigners in Ras Al Khaimah will be allowed to own residential, commercial, and tourism property on a freehold basis, provided they establish a company in the RAK Free Zone, the government said.

Shaikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, granted expatriates 100 per cent freehold and ownership of all investment projects in the emirate once their companies are licensed by the Investment Authority, Gulf News reported.
