ALBAWABA - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), an Islamic bank based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, has launched its application on the Apple Vision Pro, Apple’s mixed-reality headset.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is the first bank in the UAE to launch its application on Apple’s Vision Pro.
“Through intuitive eye-tracking, gesture control, and voice commands, customers can engage with their banking services in a new way, eliminating the need for traditional screens or physical devices,” ADIB stated.
Notably, the newly available app will offer users an innovative digital experience, allowing them to complete tasks and enjoy the bank's services.

Upon using the new application, users can navigate and use the application through the blink and movement of their eyes, integrating augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) to create the best banking experience for users.
The bank explained that customers can navigate services using eye-tracking, gestures, and voice commands, enabling them to check accounts, track rewards, and view finances—all without using buttons.
“With Spatial Banking, we are introducing a futuristic approach to finance that aligns with the latest technological advancements while maintaining our focus on convenience and innovation,” stated Fernando Plaza, Chief Digital Officer of ADIB.
